We specialise in the diagnosis and repair of laptop or notebook computer systems.
HCR technicians are fully experienced in the detection and removal of all current viruses and spyware. We can find and remove the trojans and malware that ALL antivirus / antispyware programs currently fail to detect or disinfect.
HCR offers free quotes on system upgrades. If your system is too old to economically upgrade, we can on request quote on a replacement system. We may be able to offer a trade-in on the old PC.

Regardless of the reason for the data loss, in most cases we can recover all your files, and can often save the entire operating system as well.
We can supply parts from most of the leading hardware manufacturers. If we don't have it in stock we can usually get the part in within 48 hours. We can also source obscure, difficult to find parts, especially for laptops and servers.
HCR sell standard PCs for home or business use. These systems include full operating system installation, driver installation, and all critical windows updates. They also include free antivirus, antispyware and Open Office applications. They contain no useless trial-ware or demos. We can also custom build PCs.- ideal for gamers, graphic designers, etc. We can also supply servers, either custom built or OEM.
We provide both on-site and workshop repair options.
Our workshop rates are $65.00 per hour, inc GST.
Our On-site rates are %88.00 per hour, inc GST
We have a minimum fee of one half-hour.
We are located at 221 Collins street, Hobart, on the edge of Hobart CBD. Hours of operation are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
