The philosophy of the Sandy Bay Sailing Club is that they are a Club which promotes competitive sailing in an atmosphere of co-operation and team work. Members are encouraged to take an active role either as a sailor, an official or assisting in any field for which they feel qualified. Training is provided for sailors at all levels of expertise as well as for officials and patrol boat crews.
